Resoration & Maintenance

Cleaning your concrete periodically and keeping it sealed are the key components of any good maintenance program. How often you clean and reseal will largely depend on the conditions the concrete is exposed to, especially weather extremes, sunlight intensity and the amount of foot or vehicle traffic. ACF is happy to recommend a cleaning and maintenance schedule appropriate for your pavement type and exposure conditions.

No more putting concrete in a box and limiting what it can do, because the possibilities are endless. You can achieve the same look as brand new concrete by resurfacing, staining, applying overlays and so much more. Below are a list of procedures and application techniques to help with all your concrete resurfacing needs.

Today's resurfacing systems make it possible to give your worn, unsightly concrete a complete makeover.

Staining Concrete
Chemical stains penetrate the concrete surface to create beautiful color tones in existing concrete. Stains react directly with the concrete's minerals and produce uneven, mottled, and variegated color effects. Concrete stains can be used for both interior and exterior applications and are often used on concrete that has already been colored integrally or with the dry shake method.

Concrete Scoring and Sawcutting
Both scoring and sawcutting can be used for both decorative effects and for the necessary work of being the control joints in the concrete surface.

Garage Floor Coatings
Epoxy floor coatings can turn your garage into an extension of your living area by adding color, hiding imperfections and improving wear resistance.

Epoxy Floor Coatings
Epoxy coatings and other toppings are decorative but are normally done to improve existing concrete.
